Matchbox Stable is situated on the A286 between Midhurst and Chichester within the Southdowns National Park.
Take the A286 towards Midhurst. After 6 miles you will reach Singleton. After passing the turning for Goodwood, (also signposted for The Weald and Downland Open Air Museum), Matchbox Stable is the first property on the right as you enter the village.
Take the A286 towards Chichester. After 6 miles you will reach Singleton. Stay on the A286 until reaching the furthest end of the village. Matchbox Stable is the last property on the left. If you reach the turning for Goodwood, you have gone too far. Please note it is a sharp turn into the driveway when traveling from the Midhurst direction.
Take the A272 to Midhurst then follow the directions above.
Chichester station is the nearest to Singleton. From here, it is a ten minute taxi journey to Singleton or alternatively, the No.60 bus runs half hourly between Chichester and Midhurst and stops 200 yds from Matchbox Stable.
Buses to take you further afield are available at both Midhurst and Chichester, depending on your destination
